When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. When you sign up for the product after waitlist approval, we collect your name and account details required to provide the service. While you use the product, we collect usage data, market data queries, and trading-pattern metadata strictly for product improvement.
We use your email to notify you about beta access and product updates you have opted in to. We use product usage data to improve Insidur and personalize the experience. We never sell your data to third parties. We never share it for advertising purposes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to privacy@insidur.com. Subject to applicable law, we will respond within the timelines specified by India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
We retain waitlist emails until you are approved or until you ask us to delete them. We retain product data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and audit obligations.
